BACHELOR’S DEGREE ADMISSION EXAM
August–December 2013
COLLEGE OF BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES
Those interested in studying at the College of Biological Sciences should be coursing their last semester or have already graduated from high school and follow these instructions:
Before starting their application, it is important to read and understand the instructions given in the official notice, particularly the point that mentions the “REGISTRATION PROCESS,” have their CURP on hand and have decided on the academic program they wish to apply for.
PROCEDURE
$11. Register to the Admission Exam from April 17 to May 31, 2013.
$12. Enter all the required information and obtain a pre-registration form. Although every piece of information is important, email and phone numbers are vital to keep you informed.
$13. Once you have your pre-registration form, you can make the payment in any BANORTE location. This payment gives you right to take the admission exam.
$14. Using the registration number and password given in your pre-registration form, you can enter the required information in the CENEVAL
$15. Once you have filled the surveys you can print the Registration Conformation Form.
$16. Have your picture taken at the School’s Department of Student Services. Pictures are taken on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS between nine and noon from April 17 to May 31. Out-of-town candidates can have their picture taken on June 13 in the same hours.
To get your picture taken, bring to the Department of Student Services
The Registration Confirmation Form.
A copy of the official transcript (UANL students can obtain it from SIASE; others may obtain it from their respective schools)
A copy of the CURP or passport (foreign students)
3 color pictures (25 × 30 mm, or “infantil”)
A copy of birth certificate
Picture requirements:
Men: No facial hair or earrings. Hair must be short or pulled back.
Women: No hair covering the face, no large earrings.
Both: Dark, formal clothing (no t-shirts or straps/strapless shirts)
When you get your picture taken you will be given a Registration Pass with information on the time and place you need to take your exam.
Exam Date: 15 June 2013, 8:00 to noon.
Exam cost: MX$765.00
You will take the general exam and the exam specific for natural and exact sciences
Last day to pay for the exam: 31 May 2013
IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS
$1· All the information you give during the registration process must be truthful.
$1· You can download the exam guide from the webpage.
$1· Remember to register for the academic program you wish to enter, as there will be no changes after the exam
$1· Bring your Registration Pass the day of the exam
